Our charitable mission is to accept donated property “as is” and then to fix property problems in order to restore the property to its prior existing use or adaptive reuse. Our charitable mission enables the property owner to receive a charitable tax deduction for the property’s appraised value.

Our charitable exit purpose is to raise funds to repeat this service for other problem properties.

We volunteer part of our exit net proceeds as a donation to other third-party nonprofits.

We will give part of our volunteered donation to any qualified charity recommended by the donor.

We will provide public relations service to memorialize the donor’s legacy with LSF volunteered giving program.

Our umbrella of charitable interests include support for military veterans, children, distressed persons, animal welfare, missionary work, education, medical, and historic memorials, and other.
