Anderson M. Donan
Founder/President
Legacy Solutions Foundation, Inc.

Senior leadership expertise of 35 years in professional services, management and principal capacities in environmental consulting, investigations, construction-related cleanups, and with an education in geology and physics has enabled Anderson Donan to close over 200 cases, since 1986.

These problem properties had been compromised by blight, vacancy, or legal impacts and/or contaminated by fuel, oil, waste, PCBs, asbestos and/or heavy metals. Property distress involved complexities in underground geology, groundwater, occupancy risks, financial loss, agency enforcement, predatory parties and/or litigation.

In 2019, Anderson founded Legacy Solutions Foundation, Inc. (LSF), in order to redeem problem properties to their restored prior existing use, but also to enable more benefits to the donor-property owner:

As a nonprofit, LSF was able to receive a donated property “as is” and in return give the donor-property owner real financial value and legacy value within a donation.
In turn, LSF was able to give back to the donor-property owner property solutions, such as, to resolve balance sheet liability, lower taxable income, agency cleanup case closure, and a means to pay off debt, liens, back taxes; settle exit stalemates of real property in estate, probate, receivership. Bargain sale donations with cash solutions are available.
In addition, LSF was able to give back to the donor-property owner legacy value in participating in a giving program for LSF to volunteer part of its exit net proceeds to the donor’s suggested charity complimented with public relations to promote the donor’s good will intent.

Anderson holds a M.S. degree in Geology and Physics from Columbia Pacific University, and a B.A degree in Geology and Religion from Allegheny College. He earned a Certificate in Hazardous Waste Materials Management from the University of California. He was previously a Registered Environmental Assessor (inactive) in California, and a Professional Geologist (inactive) in Pennsylvania.

We are a nonprofit organization. We are a 501c3 private operating foundation. Our charitable mission is to accept donations of real property with problems and to redeem the property to its prior existing use. Our exit sale intent is to raise funds to repeat this mission purpose again for other problem properties.

In turn LSF provides the donor property solutions, financial solutions and legacy solutions.

We are presently licensed to solicit and accept property donations within North Carolina and California.
